  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 soaked dates
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 2 scoops SeedFiber (optional)
  • 1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Optional: dash of cinnamon
