Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 3/4 cup cashew or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Handful pecans
  • 4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 scoops SeedFiber (optional)
