Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Applesauce
  • 4 Scoops SeedFiber (optional)
  • 4 Scoops Chocolate Protein powder
  • Choice of EXTRAS Chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit of choice for extra flavor, fiber, and antioxidants (I recommend pecans, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate chips)

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake heaping tablespoon-sized cookies on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
