Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup 100% peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extact*
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashion oats*
  • 1/2 cup puffed brown rice cereal (Rice Krispies will work too, but isn’t whole grain)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or raisins (we like the Enjoy Life brand of chips)
