Ingredients
  • 1/2 apple,
  • 1/2 Asian Pear
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Kefir water
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger, powder
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Mint
  • 2 scoops SeedFiber (optional)
  • 1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp Optional: Chia Seeds
