Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 Cup oats
  • 1/3 Cup ice
  • 3/4 Cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves
  • 1 Tbs Molasses
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Scoops SeedFiber (optional)

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until pureed. Serve and enjoy.
