  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 canned light coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 scoops SeedFiber (optional)
  • 1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
