Apple Crandberry Salad

A staple salad for every family.
Ingredients
Salad
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, washed, dried, and torn into pieces
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp pure honey
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Salad
  1. On a salad plate, add desired amount of lettuce leaves. Top them with desired amounts of apples, feta cheese, cranberries, and almonds.
Salad Dressing
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and incorporated. Pour desired amount on salad.
