1headRomaine Lettuce,washed, dried, and torn into pieces
1/4 cupfeta cheesecrumbled
1/4 cupsliced almonds
1/4cupavocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil
1/8cupred wine vinegar
1/2 tsp.dry mustard
On a salad plate, add desired amount of lettuce leaves. Top them with desired amounts of apples, feta cheese, cranberries, and almonds.
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and incorporated. Pour desired amount on salad.
