With it being the holiday season, stress is hitting most of us and it’s only going to get worse. More than ever is self-care important.
Here are some helpful tips to get you through this hectic period and stay happy and healthy:
✔️MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF: Don’t let the chaos and overwhelm bring you down. Take a break and spend some time catering to yourself whether that means practicing some meditation, exercising, or a mini pamper session. Life is meant to be enjoyed!
✔️EAT MINDFULLY: ‘Tis the season for holiday parties and over-indulging on comfort foods. Try not to overeat and instead take sample size portions of each dish. Digestive enzymes are amazing for helping support the digestive process.

✔️STAY HYDRATED: Drink plenty of water! This is essential for our body to function well! This includes boosting healthier looking skin and energy levels.
✔️FUEL YOUR BODY: When you’re constantly on the go, you may forget to fuel your body with nutrition instead of empty calorie foods/drinks. Your body needs the nutrients to continue performing throughout the day. If you’re short on time, make a green smoothie!
