This is a perfect “starter” smoothie. Warming your family up to smoothies can be an adjustment if they’ve never had anything like them before. Let this be your first to win them over!
The recipe below says the honey can be omittted. If you’re new to smoothie making, add in the honey and get used to smoothies before pulling back on the added sugars. Now, I don’t mean go make a milkshake, but I say, add in a couple of teaspoons of honey to win their hearts. Sometimes we need a bridge to win everyone over.
