Why didn’t I know about homemade whipping cream until I was an adult?! There is a night and day difference from store-bought whipping cream and homemade! It tastes so much better and has better ingredients than the highly processed containers or bottles you can buy at the store.

Though it takes about 5 minutes of your time, it’s totally worth it. And, I don’t know anyone who would argue with that.

Ingredients
  • 1 pint organic heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4-1/2 cup oure maple syrup
  • 3 drops fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Whip cream on high in a medium size mixing bowl for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and whip on high for another 1-2 minutes until stiff peaks form.
