This is our current favorite syrup as a topping to our pancakes and waffles. I’ve never had anything like it before, and it is DELICIOUS! I promise you’ll want to add this to your pancake bar!

I also love how simple it is to make! Add all of the ingredients into your blender. Blend it. Done. Just my style.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. unrefined coconut oil
  • 4-5 Tbsp. boiling water
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water for a syrup consistency if necessary. Pour into a serving cup with a spout and warm up in microwave for 20 seconds. Serve warm. Tip: The syrup will thicken when room temperature because of the coconut oil. If warm, and still too thick, add another tablespoon of water.
Recipe Notes

Dessert for dinner....we usually will add a green/veggie smoothie to balance things out. Or, we enjoy the wholesome treat for dinner. 😉
