For Valentine’s Day, I made my daughter a plate full of treats for her class party, since she is unable to eat the processed party food provided. Because she is currently on a special diet to restore her gut health, the desserts made needed to be dairy-free, gluten-free, refined-sugar free, and delicious, of course.
I posted a picture on Facebook of her in her classroom with her treats and many of you asked what was on her plate. Well, these Chocolate Brownie Bites were one of the items.
These are not a new dessert for our family. In fact, they’ve been a family favorite for a few years now and all 3 kids squeal when they find out I’m making them. Love that!
