This smoothie reminds me of a pineapple upside-down cake that has cherries on top. So delicious and so rich in antioxidants. The antioxidants in cherries protect the body from damage caused by free radicals. This is beneficial in keeping our skin looking youthful and helps prevent wrinkles, UV skin damage, and helps to repair the skin’s tissue. The best source of antioxidants are always fruits and vegetables. So, if you want to look young for as long as possible, eat lots of fruits and veggies. No surprise, right?

Ingredients
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups spinach

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Drink immediately.

*Make sure you have at least 1 frozen fruit so your smoothie is cold.
