It took me awhile to figure this out, as I would continue fixing salads and combinations that just all-out didn’t work! We would eat it, but only so we could move on to the next part of the meal.

Ingredients
Salad
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, washed, dried, and torn into pieces
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp pure honey

Salad
  1. In a medium size salad bowl, place your lettuce leaves. Top them with the apples, feta cheese, and almonds. Store in fridge or eat immediately.
Salad Dressing
  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl or dressing jar and whisk or shake it up until combined. Add on top of salad to taste.
