In a previous life of mine, I would eat loads of raw cookie dough. Definitely, not something to be proud of. I am a recovered cookie dough addict and would much rather have something made with real food ingredients because of the way it makes me feel.

And that’s when we discovered 5 Minute Cookie Dough Bites.

You don’t have to like cashews to enjoy this recipe. But, you do have to love cookie dough and chocolate!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or raisins)
Servings: balls
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine the cashews, oats, salt, and cinnamon. Blend on high for one minute. Add in maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until well combined and clumping together. Stir in chocolate chips or raisins and begin to form into one inch balls. Store in airtight container for up to one week.
